Members of the competition team at VDC are required to commit to participating in competitions for the entire season. If a dancer withdraws from a competition, they will incur a $50 fee for re-choreographing.
During the "Red Zone" period, which is the 4 weeks leading up to an event/competition, the date of the event/competition, and 1 week following the event/competition, dancers must attend all training sessions. Failure to attend training sessions during designated red zones will result in a review of the dancer's position on the team and potential substitution with a reserve.
