HEAD COACH SARAH
TALL TITLE
Avenir Light is a clean and stylish font favored by designers. It's easy on the eyes and a great go-to font for titles, paragraphs & more.

Sarah is the Founder and Programme Director of Vivacity Dance Company. She is responsible for the overall management of all classes and competition teams, as well as being the primary choreographer.
Sarah's journey in dance began at Zoe Bell School of Dance, now known as Dance Republic Scotland, at the age of 2. Through consistent training, performances in annual shows, and competitions Sarah developed a deep appreciation for the arts and a passion for choreography and performing. Sarah then went on to complete her teacher training with The British Association of Teachers of Dancing and passed with distinction.

Prior to founding her own company in 2019, Sarah had a successful teaching career at Dance Republic for 7 years, where she choreographed and coached various competition teams to success, including achieving the highest score for hip hop at the European Championships in Paris. Sarah also honed her skills in dance technique and competitive styles such as pom, lyrical, and hip hop for a few seasons at Champion Dance and Cheer.

Driven by a desire for continuous learning, Sarah auditioned and was accepted into Dance Inc Studio Centre, a private professional dance college in 2019. Through her time at DISC, she received professional training in classical ballet, jazz, contemporary, commercial dance, hip-hop, body conditioning, and heels, earning a HND in Professional Dance Performance. Sarah continues to train in dance technique, classical ballet, heels, and commercial styles with various industry professionals in Scotland.
Sarah's ultimate purpose in life is to educate children, and she sees dance as the perfect avenue to help her students discover their talents and potential. She is dedicated to nurturing the talent within every student who walks through the doors of her company.
